VILLA
The villa has been designed so most rooms open to the front with terraces, some covered, all with sea view. Through large sliding doors, one has access to a covered terrace, with kitchen and outdoor barbecue nearby. A few steps down from the main level is a secured swimming pool (12 x 5 m), surrounded by a spacious sun deck with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. The minimum water temperature from May until November, generally 20C. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the villa.
The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden (3500 m3) and has a lockable entrance gate. Cars can be parked on the outside road or via a slope at the parking place inside for two cars. Down from the pool terrace, through the Mediterranean garden, lies a boules-court.
VILLA - GROUND FLOOR
Entrance via hallway into large living/dining room with open fireplace, sofas, dining table with 10 chairs. TV (satellite), DVD, HiFi/CD-player and piano. Through large sliding doors, one has access to a covered terrace. Modern, open-plan kitchen, equipped with fridge/freezer, cooking-plates, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, double wash basin and toilet). Two double/twin bedrooms which share a shower bathroom with double wash basin and toilet. All the beds can be made up as doubles or twins (box spring 80 x 200 cm).
Separate toilet. Scullery with washing machine and security system. 220-240 Volt.
Heating and use of the open fireplace only during winter rental. FREE use of wireless internet (Orange WiFi). Books, magazines, information and documentation of the house and surrounding in the house.
