Villa+ studio to be rent with a minimum of two weeks.
A contract will be made after confirmation vice versa of a booking.

Security deposit:

Payment: 30% of the rent + security deposit, 10 days after date of invoice.
Rest 70% of the rent, at least 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period.
Prices including tax, cleaning at the beginning and the end of the rental period and 2 times a week during 3 hours, electricity, water, bath towels, bedding and linen.
